Insert the SIM card into your mobile phone. When the network of local operator is found, your phone is ready to work. 

 

Dial the subscriber's number using the international format: + country code, dialling code or code of mobile provider, subscriber’s number. For example +31 xxx xxx xx xx for Netherlands, +7 495 xxx xx xx for Moscow, Russia.

Note! We use a "call back" system! After dialing the number using the international format and pressing call button,  current balance will be displayed on the screen. Don't cancel the call. You will receive an incoming call in some seconds, just answer it as you normally do: conversation with a subscriber begin. The charging starts from the beginning of the connection. Time spent on the connection is not taken into account.

 

Find SIM Menu or SaveMoneySIM Menu in the menu of your mobile phone. Among the options on the screen choose "Check balance" and press OK. Information about the balance will appear in a few seconds.

 

You can choose «Сustomer care» in the SIM Menu or dial *146*096#.
