"Personal Assistant" tells the subscriber names, addresses, phone numbers, if possible, the opening hours of lawyers or legal practitioners depending on the subscribers location and by his request. These recommendations are based on professional situation assessment by "Рersonal assistant", knowledge of local conditions and the availability of legal services in the region.
"Personal Assistant" will make every reasonable commercial actions to send and receive emergency information between the subscriber and members of his family or other specified persons.In particular, the consular notification of the country of citizenship with the consent of a subscriber, in case of his arrest, detention, criminal prosecution, and if the subscriber was the victim of crime and in any situations that prevent a person from leaving the country and in other cases which require intervention of consular officials.
In case of an emergency, "Personal Assistant" provides translation services by telephone and organizes translation services through its network of focal points.
"Personal Assistant" undertakes to assist subscribers who lost their travel documents (including passports, credit cards) by providing recommendations for their repair or replacement.
"Personal Assistant" will provide general rules of conduct. |
